Are your candles free of petroleum, additives, phthalates, and dyes?

Yes, all of Arthur Avenue Candle Company’s products are free from petroleum, additives, phthalates, and dyes.

Where are you located?

We are located in Saint Louis, Missouri. Our products are currently sold online ONLY. We do not have a brick and mortar store. 

What are your shipping options?

We offer domestic UPS Ground and Priority USPS shipping for all purchases in our store. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We choose best shipping method depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

When will I receive my order?

Please check your UPS or USPS tracking number on the email or text you received when your order shipped. The delivery date and time is estimated and not guaranteed.
