Refund policy
Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements for defective or damaged items. A refund or replacement will not be offered past 30 days of purchase. Receipt or proof of purchase is required. Provide the requested information below in your email and send to:

Name, Receipt number, Name of defective or damaged product, Detailed description of the issue, and photos that clearly show the issue with the product. The photo must also have the label of the product visible in the photo.
No refund or replacement will be granted for any item that is defective, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Please visit our homepage for our proper candle care guide.
If a refund or replacement is issued for your purchase, an email notification will be sent to notify you with the details. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account or contact your credit card provider. There may be delays before your refund is officially posted. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale items
Products purchased on sale will only have sale price of product refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.
